The incomparable Rob Faludi put together the ITP BlogBlender which aggregates 30 or so of the blogs of the students at ITP. Awesome stuff.

This semester I’m primarily focusing on my thesis (webpage coming soon). I have Jonah Brucker-Cohen as my advisor, and a fantastic class of people for the weekly critiques. My other class is called Mechanisms and Things and is taught by Dustyn Roberts of Honeybee Robotics and Habana Labs. Awesome that there’s an intro mechanical engineering course at ITP. Dustyn works on robots for Mars exploration at her day job. You can read the full course descriptions.

I also managed to score a few sessions of Jeff Feddersen’s Sustainable Energy class and Natalie Jeremijenko’s Environmental Art and Activism. I wish there were more days in the week! Jeff’s class is about alternative energy sources such as wind, micro-mechanical and solar. Natalie’s class is about understanding the urban environment and doing art as environmental activism.
