An unassuming shopfront on Third Ave in Brooklyn This trapdoor leads down to the basement. We have a basement. Used to be an auto parts store I doubt we'll end up taking Amex, but you never know View from inside back out the street. The front room is slated for teaching space. Leftover auto parts store debris and empty power tool boxes! View into second ground floor room which will be installation/gallery/teaching space (two front rooms will have a sliding partition). Third ground floor room which will be offices and bathrooms Back ground floor (electronics room) with stairs leading to small upstairs room Upstairs room (electronics). I forgot to take pictures of the gigantic basement which will be the machine shop!
