Water Light is a portable device that projects rippling patterns of highly colour-saturated light. The projected pattern is the result of complex fluid dynamics which are influenced by the motions of the user. Three individual light sources (red, green and royal blue) interact due to refractions through the water and plastic body. The light beams also form complex patterns of colour and shadow when directed at objects in the environment.

The device allows the user to explore a physical system of water and projected light and is a tool for exploring and changing the environment around them.
